EA Sports FC 24 brings us a little closer to more realistic football. The novelties in immersion are the perfect wrapper for a gameplay that is essentially the same, but that registers more important novelties than we expected. We only regret that it continues to sin of continuity and the lack of novelties in FIFA game modes.

NBA 2K24 is a shot on the board, a shot for sure that you know is going to go in, but we preferred to see a clean three-pointer from the corner. The basketball simulation returns one more year with a lukewarm tribute to the Mamba, without too much ambition and seasoned with micropayments, but with a playable invoice and brilliant technique.

Sea of Stars is a wonderful astral conjunction between the classic and the modern. We are facing a JRPG that must be played by every fan of the genre, an indie that culminates as one of the best of 2023 and that only needs to have been a little braver in its narrative to achieve perfection.

The Elder Scrolls Online Necrom gives us back the purest essence of this saga. Zenimax incorporates engaging content with a powerful narrative and new areas that exude personality inspired by the great Lovecraft, despite the standardization of each chapter year after year. Fans and new players will enjoy returning to Tamriel once again.

MotoGP 23 polishes in little more the fantastic simulation of the saga with small novelties and options for novice players; But it is a very continuous and conformist delivery that knows little. Only the biggest fans of motorcycling or players who have never experienced the franchise will get a good performance on the track.

Diablo 4 is the triumphant return of the saga. The game manages to bring back the dark style of Diablo II while boasting a good narrative, gameplay as addictive as ever and some interesting novelties. It only remains to be seen how Blizzard will keep the game, but we can say that the time-eater has returned in style.

Redfall will be a good game for when all the technical problems that launch treasures are fixed. Arkane's good hand in terms of setting and gameplay is moved to the background due to errors and failures and despite everything, this exclusive is very fun, despite innovating rather little.

The Mageseeker A League of Legends Story fulfills its goal and gives us an ambitious, lovingly crafted story that Riot Games MOBA fans will love. We only regret that his proposal is somewhat tarnished by a combat with a lot of potential, but repetitive and by a level design too flat.

Road 96 Mile 0 is a prequel that will be well received by fans of the first game by dynamically introducing new playable concepts such as music mini-games. Although its approach loses strength by eliminating the originality of the procedural narrative, the plot will keep your interest thanks to a conventional script, but very successful.

Like a Dragon Ishin is a captivating and entertaining video game that combines exciting gameplay with an over the top presentation of Samurai history.
A must-have sequel for those who played Trails from Zero. The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure is charming despite accusing the passage of time. Something that you will not take into account once you return to immerse yourself in its achieved world and plot of this dilogy accompanied by a combat that continues to feel stimulating.

Wild Hearts is a more than solid proposal that manages to come out well from its comparison with Monster Hunter. Its distinctive points are clear and give the game a style of its own. The Japanese design and atmosphere convinces and although it is far from being a round IP, Wild Hearts could have a great future as a saga.

With Fire Emblem Engage, Nintendo Switch hosts one of the best SRPGs on the market in terms of combat. However, we see this installment as a missed opportunity to present a classic round game due to its script. The shadow of Three Houses has played against this delivery, although seeing Marth is always a cause for joy.

Need for Speed Unbound does not reinvent the wheel, but it does tune it. Criterion Games wanted to stand out with its new artistic style and a more than remarkable technical power and has succeeded. This is not the best driving game of the year, but we do see an NFS that wants the saga to return to the highest categories. Funny, fast and furious.

Tactics Ogre Reborn is, on its own merits, one of the great SRPG in history, which we can now enjoy in the best way thanks to its playable and graphic novelties. However, we miss a greater boldness on the part of Square Enix with this revision of the 2010 remake. If you already played years ago, there are no great incentives to repeat.

Overwatch 2's enhancements feel great and perfect gameplay in many ways. The free to play format will keep you afloat and will reveal to many a fantastic hero shooter with an impressive charisma, but it is not a sequel. What we saw here should have come sooner and may well be insufficient for some fans.

FIFA 23 complies, but does not abandon the path of continuity. EA Sports bids farewell to its legendary license with interesting gameplay tweaks that will have their defenders and detractors, as always. FIFA 23 looks a little better, as always. FIFA 23 maintains what sells, as always; and FIFA 23 brings us quality and fun soccer, as always.

The Diofield Chronicle has been a pleasant surprise. Square Enix pulls out of its sleeve a new tactical role-playing IP with deep and challenging real-time combat that brings a touch of freshness to the genre. Despite dragging narrative problems, if you like SRPG and master English, this game can earn a place on your console or PC.

Thymesia is a humble indie soulsborne that, despite its marked inspirations and forced comparisons with giants like Bloodborne, manages to bring some other details to the genre. It lags behind in many aspects, but it also manages to attract attention through frenetic and fun combat.
