Gord won't be for everyone, but its dark tone and high difficulty are worth working through for the top-notch world-building on display here.
Dead Island 2 manages to pull off an incredibly fun experience, and delivers on some of the missed promise of the first title. That said, there's not much here beyond hyper-active zombie slaying, so if that's not your bag you probably wont enjoy it.
Pharaoh: A New Era has a lot going for it, and if you can get past the generic graphics and occasional bugs, you'll find a deep city-building experience in here.
Perish doesn't do much to separate itself from the crowd of 4-player co-op FPS titles, but it does offer a great take on the genre for fans. Just don't go into this one expecting to have a good time on your own.
Colossal Cave managed to capture the true essence that made the original game so captivating and engaging. The fantastic use of immersive sound makes you feel like you're really on a humorous cave-spelunking adventure.
Choo-Choo Charles will offer temporary thrills to meme-lovers or horror-fans, but doesn't do anything particularly groundbreaking.
Slightly janky graphics can't bring down this great story experience. If Eternal Threads is a walking sim, it's the best we've had in years.
Prinny Presents NIS Classics Volume 2 is a great compilation for strategy fans. There's enough humour and varied gameplay here to keep you coming back for a long time.
While The Wheel of Time is certainly showing its age, there's still fun to be had. Just don't try to play it in anything beyond standard resolution.
An excellent game for strategy fans who love Godzilla movies. Even without that, the game has so much care and attention put into that it's hard to put it down.
Abermore had a lot of promise, but the bugs and presentation let it down majorly. This is legitimately close to unplayable.
Expedition Zero doesn't quite pull of a homerun, but it's a solid experience. If only it wasn't let down by bugs and a lack of polish.
Rune Factory 5 does a few things differently that'll interest long-time fans of the series. The jank and slight annoyances with farming will turn most newcomers away though.
Elden Ring takes the best elements of all past FromSoftware games in recent memory and mashes them together. While it's not inviting to newcomers, this is certainly the definitive FromSoft experience.
Lost Ark is a great MMO for those willing to put up with a bit of grind. As long as you have friends at your side you should be fine.
Blackwind has a lot of promise, but fails to deliver on it. Smooth controls can't make up for repetitive combat and bad design choices.
Too Many Santas is an incredibly basic dating sim. Some comedy and high levels of customization save this short but entertaining experience.
Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX is a great re-release of two great games. Even with some signs of age, it's worth every minute, and every penny, that you spend on it.
Rune Factory 4: Special packs a whole lot of decent content into a singel package. The game is only let down by some poor decision in the porting department.
While it doesn't go crazy, Jurassic World Evolution 2 has almost perfected dinosaur-theme-park managers. Just ignore the weird voices and occasional bugs.
